Shipping Destinations

Shipping is available to selected Member States of the European Union.

Deliveries to certain territories subject to special customs, tax, or administrative regulations are excluded. These may include, but are not limited to, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other special territories.

The available shipping destinations and regions are displayed during the checkout process. 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are carefully prepared after payment has been received and are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may vary in individual cases, particularly for handcrafted or custom-made items.

Processing times may also be extended during weekends, public holidays, or temporary business closures. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping provider.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed. 

Delivery Delays

Despite careful planning, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to shipping providers, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EIRENE Design Studio. 

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, you are encouraged to document the damage as soon as possible and contact EIRENE Design Studio so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be provided.
